Having an option on CH to manage users and employees (Guest) login option

We need an option on CH to work exactly as below, where all options on CH does not meet this Scenario:

The need:

Force internal users to use the org webex account and have no guest option

Allow guests( Not the org internal employee) to use any account they have.
