Webinar hosts need more areas to dock the sharing toolbar

Currently the sharing indicator and control default to the top of the screen, and cannot be moved. This gets in the way when performing demonstrations, and the toolbar opens when your mouse gets near it. Docking to the side or bottom should be examined.
