Live Captions should be a Participant Feature

Live captioning is an accessibility feature required by a participant in all meetings, however it is currently licensed for the host.

This means that in order for organisations to create an accessible workplace they are required to license all hosts for live captioning.

It would be preferable that a participant has the feature available for all meetings they might attend, rather than having to rely on the host being licensed for WAM.

Live captions should be accessible to ALL users as an option. Not a select few who then have to host the meetings.
