The trackingID is always expected as a mandatory info to address issues concerning webex, but it's not always available from the client that integrates the SDK.

The suggested workaround to retrieve the trackingID is to integrate third party libraries to send the SDK's logs to some external servers. This solution is not optimal and poses serious issues that need to be carefully evaluated and can possibly lead to the impossibility to put it in practice. These are the main reasons of concern:

• on the mobile app adding new libraries/SDKs is a very relevant issue from the business point of view, about potential privacy issues and increasing the size of the mobile app;

• the log data contains sensible client's information (if the site that stores the infos is for example not on premise)

• the SDK's log data volume is supposed to be huge, the retention period will be short and costs issues should be take into account.

A getTrackingID method on the SDK would be a much more efficient way to retrive this info.
