ECE-Disable multiple chat details until connected to agent

ECE request to disable the customer from entering chat (apart from the Form / initial subject details) - until the Agent has been connected.

One of our customers has requested for this to be restricted as some customers can be very chatty before connected & the agent has to read an essay before they can respond.

Other WebChat vendors seem to have this feature. It would be very useful to have option.
