Need report/way to bulk update users in Control Hub

Control Hub ==> User ==> Calling ==> Enable User-level Override - toggle was ON for some random users in the Organization

Customer needs this toggle to be OFF and she needed a report showing which users have this toggle on or off. Currently, there's no mechanism in Control Hub that would export a report that shows which users have this toggle enabled and which users have this toggled disabled.

Customer needs all the toggles in Control Hub to be CVS accessible.

We should be able to export ALL settings for a user in control hub, not just a small handful. Without the ability to export/import any setting, I can't:

    1. Determine which users are correctly/incorrectly configured for a particular feature/attribute

    2. Make bulk corrections or bulk edits as needed

It'd be possible if control hub's data was accurrate. What we've been discovering after working with control hub for years is the data doesn't add up. Cisco TAC has been looking at this issue for months after we brought it to their attention. Some users will have a setting when you check their user accounts and when you look at the exported user list it says they don't have that setting. It's very troubling that Cisco is so non-chalant about the problem. Where is the right data, why isn't it ported to ch and who is looking at it? Our userbase is 20K and control hub data integrity is non-existent at this point. Good luck.
