Our Customers use VM Group as a company mailbox and accesses voicemail via handset only to ensure it is securely retreived.

Currently there is no direct way of accessing the VM Group via handset. It will be perfect if we can assign a BLF key for the VM Group which will act as a company wide voicemail group for the customer.

Aside from retreiving the messages using that BLF Key, it would also light up as a visual aid when there is new messages.
