Jabber/WebEx Teams call control with DX80/Deskpro (cloud registered)

Ability to use Jabber or Teams to control calls with a DX80. Currently, we can do this with a deskphone (from Jabber and soon to be Teams) but many staff have a DX80 at home and don't like to use the touch to call. If we can get this working with the ability to do OBTP it would excellent.

    Hi Chris, as of October 2020, Personal mode devices now support pairing.
