There should be a way to define groups of users either in space options or globally in Control Hub, so when users @mention the group, all members of that group (that are also members of that space) would get notified. That way users don't have to @mention all individuals manually on specific topics. For example, you define a group called 'helpdesk' and add all helpdesk agents, another group called 'infra' and add all infrastructure engineers, one more called 'devs' and add all developers and so on. Once the groups are created/defined, users in a space can simply @mention @helpdesk if they want to reach out to ask helpdesk agents in the space rather then tagging @agent1 @agent2 @agent3 etc
