Label "welcome spaces" in the API

Since "welcome spaces" have unique characteristics (cannot be deleted by anyone other than the person it was created for) there needs to be some differentiator in the Room Details API so that automations can be programmed to ignore those spaces or treat them differently rather than causing excessive load on the system by getting unexplained errors.
