The data shown in control hub is disparate and full of discrepancies depending on where in control hub you are looking at it. The exported user list has discrepancies with the data. One user may show he has a particular feature enabled on his account in control hub but in the report it shows he doesn't. Control hub data integrity is non-existent at the moment and it's troubling Cisco can't figure out why. If there were an internal audit at Cisco on the data in control hub, it would fail miserably.
