Download existing Auto-Attendant Greetings (Calling Carrier)

Provide a button or other means for Customers to download their existing Greetings of the Auto-Attendant. This will allow them to edit the Greetings with audio tools. Customer may not have saved their Greetings on initial setup. Or personnel may have changed and don't know where the initial audio files were saved. Our customers consider those files belong to them, hence they should have access to them.
This applies to Webex Calling for Carrier ("Broadcloud").
