"Upload of music for practice session" gives PSTN audio joiners a sub-par experience where they DO hear the uploaded music via VOIP at the same time as their hear standard Cisco hold music on the phone connection.

For customers that still have 30-40% PSTN joiners, we need to change the way this feature works for that portion of the audience if possible.

IDEAL: block the audio track from playing for those joining via PSTN.

2nd idea: block the Cisco standard on hold music from playing when this feature is in-use.. so they only at least hear 1 music track.
