We are heavy users of WebEx Meetings and record most of the sessions. Our enterprise uses a huge amount of health care industry terminology, jargon and acronyms during these meetings but when the video recordings are transcribed, that industry-specific language is either not included in transcriptions at all or they are wrong, making the meaning of the conversation far less accurate. This causes us to manually replay the video in order to grasp the exact meaning of the conversations where these gaps exist, and they are often numerous. There seems to be a lack of AI learning from these errors. Is there a feature whereby the AI voice recognition could be "taught" to recognize industry terminology, jargon and acronyms?
