In Jabber, when I get a notification I know someone is actively asking a question so I look at the message right away and answer it. In teams, I belong to many rooms with notification enabled and these messages are not urgent so I don't always pay attention to them. So when someone sends a one-to-one message in Teams, it gets buried in with the rooms notifications and I don't always see the message in a timely manner. In Teams can you add a unique notification for one-to-one chats or have a way to prioratize notifications as "standard" or "needs immediate attention"? This feature would make it easier to transition off Jabber on to Teams.
