If a video system (Webex Edge or Cloud) is invited to a Webex meeting (not a personal room) and joins as first participant, it is not waiting in the lobby. This videosystem is not the host or co-host, it is just a participant. It is a internal device and is connected to the meeting if it were the host. It can allow other participants to join. This should not be allowed.
There is a tick in control hub that should control that behaviour but it seems that it does not have any impact on that. The tick is found under scheduler and named "Video conferencing systems in my organization can start and join meetings without a prompt." If that tick is removed it is the same behaviour, the video system can join the meeting if it is the first participant. It is independent of the device type, in the original case it is webex edge registered but TAC also confirmed this behaviour even with Webex cloud registered devices. Please make that setting - video conferencing systems in my organization can start an join meetings without a prompt - have some impact for general meetings.

Especially since this setting exists in the Control Hub and does not work. Anything else is not acceptable.
