NA informatiom when Template generated "Calling Engagement Report" for workspaces

we click on the CH - Reports - Calling - Template generated "Calling Engagement Report."


When call is answered by a Workspace, In the report the Name and the Email column is populating NA information

When a workspace is created, those are not having an email associated and system won’t show a name due this is not a User.

In the section - Report Templates - Webex Calling Report - Calling Engagement Report


The column name and email are associated to Users Only.


So this is an expected behavior,


We would like to know if in the future for this product, we can populate workspace name in Name column, and in the email address section, maybe add a warning in the documentation or CH that will advice email information wont be showed for workspaces, since customers are confused.
