    won't change in Webex Meetings.app.

We have a new experience with Webex.app. If there is a problem, we will fix it there.

There is minor correction in my previous comment.

I wrote that "presenter clicks on a small pop-up video window i.e. PIP to hide the meeting video completely". It should be "presenter clicks on a small pop-up video window i.e. PIP to collapse & to hide the meeting video". Because if PIP is closed completely clicking on "X" symbol, we don't face any keyboard related issue.

Agreed. This feature should be added or bug should be fixed, if any.

This is my observation as a Webex user : During Webex Meeting, as shown in the attached snapshot, when a participant shares local screen to show a slide show of any PPT file in full screen, it has been observed that the keyboard becomes inaccessible once presenter clicks on a small pop-up video window i.e. PIP to hide the meeting video completely. In such condition, only mouse is fully operational but Left Arrow/Right Arrow or any other key of keyboard can not be used which creates an unwanted situation during important meeting because power point presentation is stopped through keyboard. It is an interesting fact that I don't face above keyboard related problem when I move this PIP window over the screen or resize it through mouse.

As temp. solution, I move the PIP window on the screen as per my requirement but don't close it during the meeting! As per my understanding, it is a bug in the Software i.e. Webex Application which should be fixed to prevent embarrassment during important business meeting.

    Thanks,

    Malay.
