Customer would like to add contact information and this will be used for Incoming call in MPP devices and Webex teams

Customers would like to have the way to add some contacts and this information will be used to show contact information for calling instead of show external numbers, this link explains how add some contacts on CH, however mpp devices wont take this contacts information https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/hkgw56/Manage-organization-contacts-in-Control-Hub and per link documentation, this is expected.
