Add "Remote desktop control" feature to Webex app with UCM Calling

This was a feature in Jabber so it's frustrating to lose functionality we previously had.

It is also available on a "Call on Webex" call which is confusing for users who have both options.

It would be beneficial to have this functionality available on desktop regardless of calling service.
