I would like to suggest the ability to change the sending email address, for voice messages that are sent to email recipients. The current email address 'msgs@broadcloudpbx.net' does not, in any way, give a Webex subscriber the idea that they are receiving a voice message from Webex; our users are flagging these messages as SPAM.
Either changing the sending email address to be from a more 'reputable' domain (e.g. webex.com), or preferably enabling the Webex Control Hub admins to specify a custom sending name (i.e. <companyname>@voicemail.webex.com) would provide more credibility.
I have not seen anything in the "What's New" for this type of feature.
