In Webex Calling, when we create a location, by default it selects the time zone based on the country, provide the option to select a different time zone and also provide option to edit Timezone for all existing locations
You should be able to select and change a location's timezone by going to the pencil icon in the location details. So location timezone should be editable. Can you clarify if you mean something else?
