As the customer request,customers in Japan want notification emails sent from donotreply@cisco.com to be in Japanese.

I agree.
For example, I would like to send an email in Japanese to an administrator created in JAPAN when creating an organization in ControlHub.
I would like emails that are determined to be JAPAN on the CSM list to be sent in Japanese.
