Similar to Cisco Jabber, the ability to disconnect phone services on-demand would be ideal in certain scenarios without needing to completely Sign Out of the application on Desktop or Mobile clients.
Having the option to not have Webex ring, when I'm sitting right next to my desk would be great. When the anyone that works they can turn off the phone services in Webex . So that their computer, their desk phone, and possibly their mobile device are not all ringing at the same time. A complaint I get often, is that it's annoying to have multiple devices ringing at same time.

Having the ability to continue to use the app, but disable the phone service. Basically turning off the ability to receive calls.

I don,t really understand the description. What do you mean by "disconnect phone services on-demand" ? What scenarios ?
