Add "Meeting being recorded" consent pop up

I recently joined a Zoom meeting hosted by another organization. When I joined the meeting was in progress and being recorded. Instead of simply announcing that it was being recorded, there was a pop-up warning with the ability to click on 'I Consent' to be recorded. This would be an very useful feature, particularly for Higher Ed.

    It would be especially useful for industry and govermant use when GDPR regulations apply and a consent as well as a data privacy statement is needded for recordings. See related Idea:

    Would it be possible to merge those Ideas? At least for me those Ideas are coupled.
