I use different Webex accounts for different business units. I have to sign-out -> sign-in when switching account.
I hope multiple account information can be saved in Webex app (desktop / mobile). (like slack or MS Teams)
This would be an amazing feature. Logging off and logging back in for each account is so inefficient.

Same here, I'm working for my University while being a student at said University at the same time. It's a real hassle switching multiple times a day.

Ability to switch between multiple accounts just seems like something that should exist already?
I have a work and personal WebEx account and always forget to log out / log in before a meeting, which means my personal avatar shows up at work and my work avatar shows up with family all the time.

I'm probably a little behind because I felt like it took me too long to find this. But I didn't see much mention of it in my documentation and web searches, so I wanted to make mention of it just in case others missed it too.
In a pinch, there does seem to be a way to run two accounts at the same time. It's a web or 'browser' version running on the link below:
https://web.webex.com/
The above will allow you to log into Webex with a second account while simultaneously running the Webex application. There are limitations as it does not have a free-standing-dial-pad and limits calls (which are actually just instant meetings) to contacts.
It may not be a solution for everyone, but it can be a bit of a work-around for some as Cisco continues to work on ways to allow the application to associate with more than one account at a time. (Or allow a second running instances of the application itself.)

I'll go even further and note that I truly believe this is a major oversight on Cisco-Webex developers.
From the perspective of onboarding thousands of users for our customer base, hundreds of them already have Webex accounts.
They are unable to run the softphone client we provide while also retaining use of their current Webex licensing with all of their business clients. Without the ability for them to run two instances of Webex at the same time, we are forcing THEM to sign out and back in and out again, and back in again.
Additionally, UC-One is being decommissioned and we have to migrate customers to Webex as well. Meaning that we are creating this specific problem for some of our users who were able to be logged into UC-One and Webex at the same time.
At the very least, there should be a Webex-for-Web that works without calling the installed application. And instead, allow direct calling over our network via alternative VOIP components, somehow. (I realize that is not an easy task but 'something' needs to be done.)
We too at Charter Communications Inc. need a way for two accounts to be logged in at one time on the same workstation.

This should already be a feature. Or atleast it should support dual apps / app clone in android phones .
