Network Quality events need to available in mobile SDKs

In current Android and iOS 2.8 or 3.0 version SDK, there is no option to get network quality details because of that we are not able to handle poor connection or network drop scenarios. Please provide feature that will help to get users netowrk details and do optimization over call.
