I'm working a lot with other companies / customers.
In Jabber I had a rich presence state (red, yellow, green, custom text, on the phone status) of everybody (internal & external).
In Webex now I have nothing - external contacts are always grey. That is a huge step back for me. That is especially bad for XMPP federated contacts where I know the Info IS there.
So please enable presence state visibility to other orgs (teams native AND for XMPP federated contacts).
Thanks!
We really need this one, else we might be forced to cut over to MS teams.

This is why folks are looking for other stuff that would run on cisco's infrastructure but perform better than cisco.

why is it so difficult for cisco to have new products, at least as good as the older ones?

This is urgent if you are to remain competitive with MS Teams who already have this available

This functionality should be there, it helps to see and share presence.

Massive step backwards compared to Jabber. We need this functionality, our customers are using Microsoft Teams instead of Webex for this functionality. It should be off by default but if both orgs agree, presence should be shared.

This should be configurable in Control Hub. Ideally, if "Block External Communication" is enabled, and specific domains are whitelisted, we should be able to enable/disable presence sharing for each whitelisted domain, or enable/disable it globally for all external contacts.
