when users call in for webex event new they join as panelist not attendee , even they were not added to the panelist list

when users call in for webex event new they join as panelist not attendee , even they were not added to the panelist list


user would like attendees to join the event as attendees with they use call in feature.


have future enhancement on webex event new that explain the attendees and panelist join option clearly.
