Ability to minimize Webex App to screen edge, similar to that in Jabber

This was a very useful and quick way to search and call colleagues, it wasn't neccessary to open the app fully in Cisco Jabber. In Jabber, you could just simply go to the upper part tof your screen and click on the Jabber icon, look for the user or enter the number and call. Many of our 2500 users are requesting this be added to Webex.
