We are looking for a way to adjust an agent phone state in WxCC to any other "IDLE" code that is established. We would like something more than just being able to log an associate out of the system, as sometimes the associate is just in the wrong status and needs adjustment
Supervisors should have the ability to change the status for agents on their team. This is a feature in UCCX that our supervisor depend on, so can it be added in WxCC for feature parity.
