Learning to pronounce a colleague's name correctly is not just common courtesy, but it's an important effort in creating an inclusive workplace. I've found that being in calls with people all over the world, there is a possibility of not knowing how to pronounce someone's name which can result in an awkward experience for both parties. I think the WebEx app should have a feature where you could either listen to how a person's name (via a recording) is pronounced, or hover over and see the phonetics.
