Add typing indicator when typing in a thread

When starting or replying to a message in WebEx through the thread feature a typing indicator is not currently displayed to the people in the space. It would be useful to show the typing indicator when someone is writing in a thread so that everyone in that space can know that a thread is starting, or a response is currently being typed. The typing indicator is very helpful when writing a message in the space in general, and adding this to the threads would make WebEx even easier to use in a professional setting where many questions are asked/answered through threads.
