current: meeting reminders appear as pop ups only on primary desktop/space

expected: meeting reminders should be mac desktop notifications so that they appear on all desktop/spaces in a multi space, multi screen setup. In short meeting reminders should also behave like message notifications on mac.

Current implementation is a pretty bad UX as user will always miss the reminder if they are working on any other space or screen.
