The Call Pickup groups need to show a notification both in Device Hud and onscreen in the Webex app, showing the callers number/ID and option for members of the group to pickup .
The feature is not available in Webex calling but was available in Cisco Jabber/CUCM.
I believe such features shouldn't be removed as it is by far one of the most used features in our Company, would like to believe for many others as well.
We just migrated from CUCM/Jabber to Webex Calling and all our users are looking for this feature wondering why it is not available.
We've had complaints from users after migrating to Webex Calling. Now MPP Devices show a visual indicator using the Message Waiting indicator lamp, however the users are used to viewing the calling and called party details, as this often determines whether they'll pickup the call or not.

This is one of the main reasons why we hesitate to choose webex calling, we want to eliminate physical phones as much as possible. However, since we use the pickup groups a lot and not everyone who is in a pickup group is also in the same office, it is necessary to show this in webex.

This is one of the only reason a lot of our users still have physical phones. We use the group pickup function a lot and without a physical phone there is no way for other users to know if a phone is ringing or not.
