Open Url in Incoming call For example CRM

On a incoming call, I need to open a browser with the url of my customer's crm and with argument the caller id

For example a incoming call arrive, webex app open my browser url http://mycrm?callerid=%callerid%

the url link will be configurable in a text box in the webex app
