the ability to have the option to disable the video for all participant except for the host

host want to enable the video for the host only and to disable it for all participant or attendees

Before this gets closed as "not likely to implement" or "already exist"

If it already exist, please do explain how to enable it. I couldn't find it in web-webex, and because of my slow internet connection, the presenter's shared video lagged (about 2 frames a minute), while other participants video was very responsive (IDK but 40+ frames a minute, looked seamless to me).
